- To coach and give guidance to the team as required
Skills Development
- Creating skills definitions and associated capability roles
- Creating secure database to hold all information accessible via internet
- Assessing and accrediting all employees, and partner staff, against the roles
- Utilising skills gap analysis to enabling career development and ensuring business needs are always met
- Resulting in improve morale, retention, business readiness, quality and reduce cost of delivery
